Never realized that dealing with a breakup can be that difficult when you are not the one involved. What seems common sense is seldom common practice as practicing common sense can be hard.

There are people who advise throwing away all the things you have that were given by your ex, as part of dealing with a breakup. They talk about erasing the memories with this person and many other steps to get over the breakup. It sure makes sense, but in reality this can be very difficult. So what do you do?

One of the ways of dealing with a breakup is to try and get out all the pent up sorrow and anger may be to write down all the mental talk that goes on in your head. Have a good cry if you feel like it. Allow yourself to grieve.
