Top Characteristics of a Good Leader



Successful leadership isn't just about being able to create results. A great leader should be capable of making great outputs by enlisting the help, cooperation, and support of other people. SELF-DIRECTION

A great leader has the capacity to effectively direct himself. He has the ability to get everything done, organize the tasks, and avoid procrastination. ABILITY TO MOTIVATE AND INSPIRE

A great leader will not lead by barking or telling his people about what they need to do, rather, he causes them to become enthusiastic and willing to help and become more cooperative.
