• Vanilla Cake Mix
• Diet Soda (12oz)
• Cool Whip Free (1 cup)
• Vanilla Jello Pudding
• Crushed Pineapple (20oz)
• First, you mix the cake mix with the soda as per the box instructions
• Next, add in the crushed pineapple, cool whip and jello pudding
• Leave cake to completely cool and add pineapple mixture as topping

Italian Chicken Delight

• Olive Oil (3 teaspoons)
• Chicken Breast (Boneless and Skinless)
• Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs (1 Tablespoon)
• Parmesan Cheese (1 Teaspoon)
• Marinara Sauce (1/4 Cup full)
• Garlic (1 small clove)
• Baby Spinach Leaves (3 handfuls)
• Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

• Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a skillet. Keep the heat at medium level
• Pound the chicken breast to around ¼ inch thickness
• Mix bread crumbs, cheese, salt, and pepper and sprinkle over the chicken. Press lightly until the mixture sticks to the chicken breast
• Place the chicken into the pan and sauté on both sides for about 2 to 3 minutes
• Top it off with the marinara sauce
• Take 1 teaspoon of olive oil and add garlic before placing it in another pan over medium heat
• Add the spinach to this mix and turn it frequently for around 5 to 6 minutes
